Good Food and Beautiful Views the restaurant served delicious food and the view was absolutely breathtaking. the location was also convenient for exploring the area. We were able to purchase lift passes easily and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained.

Poor Service and Communication Unfortunately, the staff was not very friendly and did not communicate important information effectively. We were not informed of half board requirements or road closures, and when we complained the staff treated us poorly.

I had a fantastic 3-night stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with plenty of information for our day trips. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains from the restaurant terrace. The hotel facilities were great, including a clean and relaxing sauna. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of fresh and delicious options, such as fresh bread, spreads, muesli, and yogurt. Additionally, the parking was conveniently located just a short walk away.

Enjoyed a lovely Christmas stay at this hotel. The stunning view of the mountains from the restaurant was breathtaking. The food was delicious and there was a great selection at breakfast. We also loved the convenience of being able to walk to all the nearby shops and attractions.

The staff was not very clear about the hotel's closing time, which left us worried about retrieving our luggage when we went out for the day. , our room did not have the best view, but it did not detract from our overall experience.
